We are constantly being bombarded with the belief

We are constantly being bombarded with the belief that fighting your way to victory is the gold standard for success or accomplishment.

The main message that’s being delivered over and over again is that struggle and fighting will eventually lead you to your goals.

This is toxic and it’s so prevalent that we feel inspired when we are confronted with another’s story or testimonial of the hardships that they overcame. Society has conditioned us to glorify and become addicted to struggle, making us believe that it's a necessity or condition for success.

🔥When you are fighting to obtain something, then you will also fight to keep it.🔥This will lead to short term success and then the cycle will start over again.

Next time you’re reading or listening to media, take a moment and ask yourself if this is about dominance and fighting at the core of the message? Is it telling you that you’re separate from your world and you have to make room for yourself? If this is the underlying theme remove yourself from that train of thought and energy. It will weaken you and subtly take your power by suggesting that you do not have the natural ability to create. Instead it implies that you’re simply a victim of circumstance.

✨The universe is infinite, the space you are in is only limited to what perceptions you attach to it.✨

Your life is created from within and emanates outward, naturally having it’s own place in the world without being at the expense of anyone or thing. This core thinking needs to be reprogrammed in most of us and once it is our achievements will no longer seem like luck or random miracles.

You choose your reality. You wake up and determine whether you are the creator of your experiences; you decide. That is the innate power of your choice.

There are times when we are tired, humbled, completely tapped out or all of the above. Reaching this point doesn't need to be viewed in a negative light. It simply means you have come to the end of your current resources and your mind and soul are in need of stillness. One of our greatest teachers is silence and in it we can let our spirit speak and actually be heard.

So when you find yourself at a loss for words, retreat, find stillness and listen for the teachings of your Spirit. It's time to grow. 🌕

You know those crap days, with crap vibes and crap

You know those crap days, with crap vibes and crap thoughts? They happen and they suck even though it's a natural part of being human. But boy do they make us feel like failures. You were doing everything right, doing your affirmations, avoiding negativity both personally and online, being healthy, just all around being a rockstar. Then you wake up one morning and a mood hits you like a ton of bricks. ✨ What the hell did I do wrong? I was consistent, I put in the work dammit!✨ You did nothing wrong. This is the fun side of duality and being a spiritual being living in a human body. Sometimes we vibe like there's no tomorrow and other times we just feel sucky and hate everything. It's okay.
Take your cathartic moment and really let yourself feel it; cry, be angry, temporarily give up and have your morning margarita because spirituality and growth aren't about being at the top of your game all the time. It's about learning a lesson or two, dusting off your backside, giving your hair a flip and strutting forward after a good realization.

We are here to experience and experiencing doesn't just mean the high vibes. Even though at times we think that would be nice, we really wouldn't grow if that was the case and the novelty would soon wear off. So right now, just let yourself be human and feel the full spectrum of our human experience.

Energy needs room to breathe -to vibrate into form if it's going to be released. Later today or even tomorrow things will get better and you'll be back on track with your manifestations and creations.
Just know that you're not going to derail all the hard work you put in, if anything you're clearing and processing stuck and negative emotions and letting them get through so they can be put to rest. The problem arises when we think we need to be perfect and always be at the top of our game, things fester and build up as we block them and then eventually they become imprinted and a part of our energy.

So have your moment and feel your human side then let go. Maybe you need to be 100% of this earth today or maybe you want to let go with some grounding meditations, a good bath and some crystals.Either way is perfect for you.

Self love..Not going to lie this one is a hard one

Self love..Not going to lie this one is a hard one. Loving others seems to come so effortlessly for most of us, yet when it comes to loving ourselves we are immediately hit with a wall of doubt. Am I being too conceited? Will I offend someone? What would people think of me? Is it arrogant to set boundaries? And is it really okay to love myself?

No, you are not being conceited. Yes, you will offend some. No, it doesn't matter what others think. Yes, it's healthy and necessary to set boundaries. But above all else, YES, it's okay to love yourself. You need to love and care for yourself to be healthy, to be happy, to flourish and grow.

Whatever vibration we align ourselves with is the message that we are sending out to the universe and the universe mirrors back our energy 100%. So, if we are in a state of self love and caring we are telling the universe to send us that exact energy back. However, on the flip side if you're depleting, exhausting or hurting yourself with your choices; whether they be people, health or entertainment, you will be getting exactly that sent back to you.
Our choices, thoughts and actions create vibrations and these vibrations are essentially a code or language telling the universe what we want. So when something isn't going the way you need it to in your life it's time to turn inwards. See how you're treating yourself or what you think about yourself and then change what thoughts and actions are no longer in harmony with how you want to feel. Once you've taken this step internally it's inevitable that it will begin manifesting externally. You will notice that you no longer have the space for certain people or behaviours in your life and you will feel drawn to take actions to move away from what no longer serves you.
So be choosy, say no and be proud to love yourself.
